Dracodesign and Deff releases ‘CRYSTAL EDITION’ BUMPER shining beautifully like transparent crystal
DRACOdesign Inc. and Deff Corp officially release a ‘CRYSTAL EDITION’ bumper, model name CLEAVE for iPhone4/4S. The raw material of polycarbonate plastic is highly transparent and tough among a variety of plastics. CLEAVE, as an extention design of DRACO IV aluminum bumper, is materilized in polycabonate plastic, which provides a similar image of a beautiful crystal glass and weights only 9 gram.
The signature curve line design on DRACO IV aluminum bumper is made by hand. To keep this original design while using polycarbonate as material, we have successfully make the plastic mold tool, which minimizes the parting line to present the product as one piece finishing. (A parting line always appears on the molded finished product as dividing line of the mold, and usually a parting line makes the finished product outlook poor in design).
